My story

Meet Ruby, the 1-year-old Terrier mix with a heart as big as her ears! While currently charming her way into the hearts of our volunteers, Ruby is looking for a forever home. Ruby previously lived in a two-dog household and did well. She would also be fine as an only dog. Given her age and breed-mix, she will likely have a fair amount of energy and need daily walks/playtime for physical and mental exercise. With people, she might be a bit shy at first, but once she gets comfortable, she is all in, so bring on the snuggling and some belly rubs! Ruby also likes treats and is quite trainable; she is already good at "Sit" and offering her paw for a "shake." Could Ruby be your new best friend? She'd love to meet you and find out.
