My story

Meet Skittles: Skittles is about a 11 week old (as of April 15, 2025) lab mix (best guess) that weighs about 10 pounds. Skittles was found in northern Mississippi after she was dumped along an interstate exit ramp. She was rescued by a passer by and eventually made her way to Charlie's Crusaders. Skittles is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Skittles gets along with anyone that will hold her, pet her and give her loving pets. Skittles is full of playful puppy energy and enjoys playing with other dogs of all sizes. As a puppy, Skittles will need patience while she learns her house training. We would love for Skittles to have a home with a fenced in yard for her to run and play freely, but it is not a requirement. Skittles is up to date on her puppy shots and will be spayed when age appropriate.
