The owner states, “My chihuahuas name is Tommy he has anxiety and needs to be in a mellow home with someone who will love on him. Likes other animals and does well with children. Loves to go for walks and sun bathe. Never bitten anyone and has bathroom issues so needs to wear diaper when inside.
