My story

Rosie is a gentle soul with a sleek black coat and a heart full of quiet affection. Though she may be shy at first, this sweet girl blossoms with a little patience—especially if you're offering tummy rubs, which she absolutely adores. Rosie came to us after her previous owner moved out of state and couldn’t take her along. She thrives in calm, cozy environments and has been learning the joys of companionship in her foster home. She now enjoys napping with her foster dad and has even taken to sitting on his lap while he works from his home office. When the mood strikes, she zooms playfully from room to room, happily following him around the house. While she’s still learning, Rosie is coexisting well with the other cats in her foster home—they leave her be, and she does the same. She’s gentle with young children and seems most content in peaceful surroundings with respectful companions. Rosie also loves a good window perch and has a playful side—she’ll even fetch her favorite toys!
