My story

Kid- and Dog-Friendly!!!  Please meet Solita, such a friendly girl! Solita is a social kitty who loves pets and kind attention. Solita gives a warm welcome to everyone and she turns on the charm, inviting you to pet her cheeks. Update on July 7, notes from Solita’s foster family: Solita is very happy to be part of a family. Snuggling between us on the couch is a favorite spot for her. She is easy to please and will be a wonderful lap cat for someone. Solita knows when you are stressed or worried and makes you feel better. This pretty girl is incredibly loving. She’ll be perfect for someone who works from home because she isn’t clingy and is the best company. Solita lies on the day bed next to my desk during my work day. If I leave the house, Solita gets to watch Cat TV on YouTube. She is fine with my dog. If he gets annoying, she just moves away. Check out her photos to see Solita’s gorgeous coloring. She is confident and laid back, and was comfortable from the minute she arrived at our house. Solita is so outgoing that she greets anyone new. She loves to curl up on your lap and keep you company. The perfect reading in bed, watching tv, or office mate. Solita is also a brave explorer, happy to wander and check out new rooms. We have noticed a cute trick Solita loves to do! This athletic girl is a fan of “threading the needle.” If you’re sitting at a desk or on the floor with your arm extended or leg bent to form a little tunnel or ring, Solita might take the opportunity to jump right through. Solita is a busy girl, keeping  her special people company and showing off her fancy moves! At this point we think Solita would be happiest as an only cat. She doesn’t seem to like other cats, but she has been fine with the dog who shares her foster home. Could beautiful social butterfly Solita be the feline queen of your household?!
