My story

Adriana is simply breathtakingly gorgeous – she is not a pedigree but could pass as one. This lovely lady was born outside to a feral momma along with several siblings. The kittens were corralled in an outdoor enclosure protected from the weather with large tarps covering the enclosure. She did not see daylight until about 10 months old when SCBI stepped in to take her and eight other kittens from that situation. Adriana and her sister Tessa have been together in foster care for about a month. They can be petted and brushed with absolutely no aggression, but they still cringe and back away to the farthest corner of their crates. They need more loving interaction – more than their foster mom has time to do. She wants to broaden their world and human contact by finding either a super cat savvy adopter who would know how to continue socializing them or a decent barn home where both girls can be safe and good working mousers for the farm.
