Meet Luffie, a three year old American Bull Dog/Staffie mix weighing just over 60 pounds.Luffie’s story is both heartwarming and a little heartbreaking. He was found running loose with his buddy Scout, both wearing collars with their names and personal notes—Luffie’s even mentioned that he has “abandonment issues.” Sadly, there was no contact information, and we suspect these sweet dogs were intentionally dumped. When Luffie first arrived, he was a bit shy, but that didn’t last long! Now he’s all smiles, zoomies, and tail wags. He absolutely loves people, soaks up every bit of attention, and is always ready for pets and praise. This big beefcake has a sensitive soul—equal parts strong and sweet.Luffie has also met another dog and did well with her, so he may enjoy a canine companion. What he really needs now is a loving, committed home where he’ll never be left behind again. If you`re ready to give a loyal pup the second chance he deserves, come meet Luffie—you just might find your new best friend.
