Meet Abel, OWNERS DUMPED HIM AND HIS BROTHER CAIN TO DIE IN THIS HIGH KILL SHELTER! YES THIS SHELTER KILLS BABIES ! Dumped by owners to die due to their owner being unable to care for them.
