Libby is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Libby is a lapdog that currently lives in a home with children and another dog. She has lived with cats previously with no issue. She would do best in a home where she is allowed on furniture, snuggled, and able to be taken outside with a higher frequency than the average dog. A fence with NO holes or methods of escape will be a must, as she can fit through any hole that a rabbit can get through.
