My story

Welcome Wickett to CCPAL Rescue. He is a Shepherd/Aussie is our best guess. He weighs about 55 pounds. He and his brother are both very sweet dogs and more a laid back personality. Wickett has beautiful ice-blue eyes. He has a shinny coat and does really well in a play group at the rescue. He kennels up easily, likes car rides and is good with people and other dogs. He would be great in a moderately active home. He is active when you would want to walk, jog or hike or chill if you want to sit and read. He would be fine in a home with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is decent on a leash and didn’t jump up on us when we were working with him. He is only moderately shedding. He is vaccinated, neutered and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See his cute video!!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Wicket, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
