My story

DOB: 2020 Randi was found in a park in Salem. He must have had a home at some point because he was neutered when we found him. A good Samaritan rescued him. Randi was very scared when he came to us - hissy, spitty, ferocious boy. It took him a couple of weeks to decide it wasn't so bad at his Foster's house. Randi will need a patient adopter with NO other cats. The Foster's dogs have learned to leave Randi alone, but ideally Randi needs to be an only cat in an ADULT only home. Randi would love to have a catio where he can observe the birds at a safe distance. Randi spends most of the time just chillaxing. He does like to be up high to look down at his kingdom. With the right person, he will blossom into the cat he was meant to be. PLEASE READ: Adoption fee $100 per kitty. All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for Fiv/FELV, microchipped, have received age appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first serve.  We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home. We do deliver kitties to your home. If you application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet. Silverton Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  We are an all volunteer organization.   All our kitties are in foster care.  We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit.
