My story

Meet Denver! This striking 1-year-old Alaskan Husky was recently rescued from the Casa Grande Animal Shelter and is already turning heads—and stealing hearts. Weighing in at 50 lbs, Denver is settling into his new surroundings and revealing his playful, lovable personality. Denver is an energetic pup who enjoys playing with toys, is a big fan of tasty treats, and never says no to a good petting session. He’s potty trained, crate trained, non-destructive in the home, walks well on a leash, and rides calmly in the car—making him the perfect adventure buddy and cuddle companion. Denver is very friendly with volunteers and has already demonstrated “sit” “down” and appears like a quick learner. It’s currently unknown how Denver does with other animals or children.
