What my friends at ACC say about me:I lived with children in my previous home.The staff think I would do best in a home where there are no dogs.I am a sweet, social, older gal, looking for the perfect forever home!Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!I have been known to shower my favorite people in love!I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.I am looking for a home with a patient person.I have lived with cats at ACC and I'm doing well with them in the Free Roaming Room, so I would likely do well in a multi-cat home.A volunteer writes: Graciously pretending not to notice another cat's fumbling version of hello, Haisley understands that first impressions aren't all. Plus, she's kind of been there too. She's currently a proud resident of our Free Roaming Room and has been coming out of shell more each day. The first time I met her, she had focused all her attention on the snacks at the front of her condo. I waited for her to finish only for Haisley to sit up and sigh to herself as she curled herself up in her big and cozy bed. Haisley's a calm and gentle senior who has been through quite a few big changes recently, which is probably why I should've offered my patience and love before offering my hand because as soon as I did, Haisley immediately leaped into her cubby. This was before and making new friends can take time. We're getting to see the bright shades of her personality and know there are even more yet, so please come and meet this delightful kitty today.
