Otis and his emotional support toy are ready to pack it in and head to a forever home! If you visit the shelter, you might find Otis lounging in his kennel with his favorite pink ball in his mouth. He seems to find comfort in holding his items during the day, and you'll know you've won him over if he offers to let you throw his ball. Otis is used to living outdoors, so he's eager for the next part of his life where he gets to be warm and cozy year-round, with plenty of food and blankets!
