My story

Meet Pencil! Pencil is the kind of cat who doesn’t need much—just a cozy bed, some loving chin scratches, and a quiet place to make her perfect little biscuit masterpieces. She’s a top-tier snuggler and absolutely thrives when she’s curled up next to you, especially if you’re in bed and she can settle in for a long, peaceful nap. She’s got a calm, comforting presence, and she’s quick to show her love with gentle purrs and slow blinks. And yes, her biscuit-making skills are unmatched—she’s basically a tiny, furry baker in disguise. Pencil is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all of her vaccinations. You can meet her at the CASPCA between the hours of 12 and 6 PM daily, no appointment necessary! If you have any additional questions, please email adoptions@caspca.org.
