How this pet arrived: Rover was brought in by a community member on February 19, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Say hello to Rover - yes, Rover - a name that screams "dog," but don't worry, she's all feline and you're more than welcome to rebrand her with a name that better suits her mysterious and elegant vibe. Rover came to us with a full basket of kittens (literally - she was found in a basket), and while her babies have all gone on to new adventures, she's still waiting for her turn to be treated like the queen she is. Rover is not one to roll out the red carpet for strangers. She's more the "I'll be under the couch, thanks" type when faced with new people or new places. Her ideal setup includes a calm, quiet home with a cozy confinement area - somewhere she can lay low, scope things out, and warm up at her own glacial pace. This gal is more introvert than social butterfly, and she needs her space to feel safe. Don't even think about other pets or tiny humans running around - Rover has made it quite clear that she's a solo act and prefers her home without the added drama of cats, dogs, or kids. If you're thinking, "challenge accepted," and you've got a quiet home and a heart for the shy ones, Rover might be your girl. Just be sure to bring a top-loading carrier when you come to meet her - she's not one for being scooped. Shy/Fearful Cat:Rover requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them. Primary Color: Tabby Weight: 8.9 Age: 1yrs 2mths 1wks
