My story

Spot was born just days after his mamma was rescued trying to survive on a remote beach scrounging for scraps, with a collar that was once used to tie her up that had grown into her skin. Spot was very lucky that a kind stranger took his mamma in and then reared him and his 9 siblings that she gave birth to. Spot is medium energy with puppy playfulness, but overall a calm cuddly dog, favouring naps and snuggles as his activities. He spent his first 2 months of life in the foster home of his rescuer - with his litter maters, a 4 year old child and a social household with guests, exposing him to the good that people can bring. Spot is good with dogs and was successful in his cat test. While he is still young, he does not mess in his sleeping areas and goes outside when taken for relief breaks. He is very smart and easy to train. Spot will finish his next round of vaccines in mid April and is able to fly to a foster or forever home in BC or Alberta. He is going to make a great family member. If you think you might be a fit for Spot as either a foster or adopter we'd love to hear from you at pvcaadoptions@gmail.com or pvcaadoptions@pvcaanimalrescue.onmicrosoft.com, or go direct to our application: https://forms.office.com/r/b1Fkq3u4zw (Please check your junk mail for our response in case we get redirected).

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Spot, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
