My story

If Vasco were to write an advertisement to catch your attention and get you interested in adopting him it would say,” I’m looking for a family to love me as much as I would love them. I am very gentle, calm, patient, and affectionate. I would make a loyal furever companion.” I am a 3 yr-old 65lb tawny beige terrier pit with alluring, hazel eyes. I came to the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 4/4 as a stray. I have already been neutered which means I am ready to go home with you. When I first went out into the yard I casually trolled around taking my time. I don’t get in a hurry. My previous owners did not teach me any commands, but I want to please and I’m very willing to learn. I like other dogs and wag my tail when I see them, I walked well on a leash. I did my business in the yard. To top it off I’m friendly, alert and sweet…sorry about bragging on myself. So please come meet me. I want to be an inside dog so I can smother you with love ??!
