My story

Meet Josh — Your Future Lap Warmer Extraordinaire! At 8 months old, Josh is a snuggly gray sweetheart with a serious talent for love. Within minutes of you sitting down, he’ll rub up against you and curl in as close as possible—often resting his chin on your lap or flipping onto his back for belly rubs while stretching out in total contentment. Yes, he really is that affectionate. Josh can be a little shy in new environments, so he’ll need some time to settle in before his full lovebug personality shines through—but once it does, you’ll have a loyal cuddle companion for life. When he’s not soaking up affection, Josh turns into a wand toy warrior, growling with pride as he parades around with his “catch.” He’s playful, sweet, and incredibly social—always up for attention or a round of zoomies with his favorite feline friends. Josh would love to be adopted with one of his buddies—Mia, Gus, Frankie, or Hen-rieta—or into a home with another friendly cat. He’s currently on a special urinary diet after dealing with crystals, but Scruffy Paws will provide his first 6 months of food. He’s doing great and ready to move on to his next chapter.
