My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Cat Holding 1:13Meet Nahla and Selene, two young tabby girls who've come a long way from their days as strays and are now blossoming before our very eyes. Nahla, the vibrant orange tabby, is your bold bestie in the making: playful, social, and never shy about letting you know when it's time for treats or a round of wand-toy acrobatics. Selene, her brown tabby counterpart, is the mystery novel of the duo—quiet, observant, and full of surprises, like how she melts under gentle pets despite her signature sassy warning hiss.  Both girls love treats and toys, and are learning each day that the world can be soft, warm, and full of love. Together they are the perfect combination of sweet and a little spicy. They're looking for a patient, cat-savvy home where they can continue to grow together and show off their complementary purrsonalities!  April 25, 2025, 10:30 pm
