My story

Meet Cherry Limeade! This stunning, medium-energy girl is full of love and potential. She enjoys staying close to her people, soaking up cuddles, and savoring her favorite treats—boiled chicken and chew bones are her go-tos.Now that she’s spent some time in a foster home, we’ve gotten to know her better. Cherry is mostly potty trained and does well on a consistent schedule. She’s still adjusting to being left alone and finds crate time stressful, so she’d do best in a home where someone is around often or can help her build comfort slowly.Cherry has shown aggressive resource guarding around food in the home, so she’ll need an adopter with experience managing this behavior or a willingness to follow guidance. She hasn’t shown any guarding around toys or people. She’s been curious but mostly indifferent to cats, and we haven’t seen her around kids yet.Cherry Limeade is smart, affectionate, and eager for connection. With the right support and structure, she’ll make a deeply loyal and loving companion.
