Monster Truck

My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Smallville:1Monster Truck is a 1-year-old tabby boy who sounds like he should be smashing through walls in a blaze of glory—but in reality, he's more "slow roll through the living room at 2 mph, powered by Churu and curiosity." Coming from a house with too many cats and not enough care, he's still figuring out this whole "humans are friends" thing, but he's already purring, leaning in for pets, and investigating the concept of human affection. His name might scream chaos, but he's really just a soft, cautious boy disguised as a monster truck that runs on whispers and emotional growth. If you're looking for a cat with the name of a demolition derby champion and the soul of a poet, Monster Truck is idling in his cubby, ready to start his journey home. Note: Since Monster Truck is used to living with other cats, we think he’d be a little lonely without a kitty friend, but would fit right in to a multi-cat home!    April 25, 2025, 10:30 pm
