Meet Baxter- A Sweet Dog Looking for a Second Chance at Love This is Baxter, a sweet, gentle soul who was unfortunately dumped and was not wanted. Despite all he has been through, Baxter is full of love and deserves a fresh start with a family who will treat him with the care and kindness he's always deserved. Baxter's Story: Baxter has been passed around from home to home and doesn't know what a stable environment is. During the bad storms last night, he was found tied to a pole, but fortunately, he was found quickly and brought to safety. Baxter needs a loving, patient home that can give him time to adjust and feel comfortable. He is an active boy who will need either a fenced-in yard or daily walks. He does well with most other dogs, but a meet and greet is required. He doesn't seem to mind cats but will need an adjustment period with them. Baxter is a lab mix around 3 years old. His adoption fee is $130- he will come current on his age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested and neutered. To apply fill out our adoption application.
