Quick Facts Name: Tintin Age: 1.5 year old (born September 2023) Gender: Female Neutered/Spayed: Scheduled April 2025 Breed: Mixed Breed Color: Brown & Black Weight: 11kg All About MeHi, I’m Tintin! I’m a sweet, spunky girl with a whole lot of love to give. Born around September 2023, I weigh about 11kg (24lbs) and have a beautiful brown-and-black coat that’s as expressive as my big, soulful eyes. My story is a bit of a miracle—I was the only survivor of a house fire in Miryang. When rescuers found me, I was just a tiny pup, dangerously close to starvation. I was so hungry that I once ate nearly three times my body weight! But I made it through, and now I’m looking for a forever family who’ll help me leave the past behind and start a new, happy chapter. My PersonalityI love people—like, really love them. I’ll approach anyone with a wagging tail, lean into pets, and even let you scoop me right up. I’m gentle and affectionate, and I thrive on attention from my humans. If you’re around, I want to be near you. I can get a little jealous when I have to share my favorite person, so I’d do best as the only pup in the home where all the love is just for me. Social SkillsI’m polite when meeting other dogs and I know how to say hello nicely, but I don’t always want to play. If I feel like a friend is getting too close to my food or my favorite person, I might grumble a little—I just can’t help but want all the snuggles for myself. I haven’t had any run-ins with cats, so we’re not sure yet how I’d feel about them. Energy and ActivitiesI’ve got a good mix of energy—playful and peppy when we’re outside, but mellow once I’ve had a chance to get my wiggles out. I’m still learning the ropes of leash walking, and sometimes if I hear a strange noise or see something scary, I’ll flatten down to the ground. With patience and gentle encouragement, I know I’ll get braver and more confident. Training and HabitsI’ve been doing well with potty training and can go both outside and on pee pads. I don’t bark much, and I try to be a good girl even when I’m unsure. I’m comfortable being placed in a kennel when needed, and though I might whimper a little at first, I settle down with a soft blanket and a treat. My Ideal HomeI’m looking for a patient, loving family who understands that my early life wasn’t easy and who will support me as I continue to grow into my best self. I’m an absolute sweetheart with humans, and while I can coexist peacefully with other dogs, I really shine when I get to be the only pup in the house. If you’re looking for a loyal, cuddly, and adorably expressive companion, I just might be your perfect match.
