*Name: Gertie *Age: 7 years old *Current Weight: 16 lbs  *Adoption fee: $300 (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information) At 7 years old, Gertie has a heart as big as her gentle spirit. This incredible girl has been through a lot—after undergoing an amputation to remove a massive tumor, she’s healing beautifully and proving every day that nothing can dim her light. Gertie is pure sweetness wrapped in fur! She adores kids, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has a calm, loving nature that makes her the perfect companion. Whether she’s soaking up belly rubs, enjoying a cozy nap, or just being by your side, Gertie is ready to bring endless love to her forever family. She may have three legs now, but that doesn’t stop her from living life with joy and grace. All she needs is a home filled with love—could it be yours? IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption.
