My story

Meet Sweet Sadie – A Loving Girl Looking for Her Forever Home Sadly, we are needing to rehome our sweet Sadie due to the sudden declining health of our other pup, who has diabetes and a brain tumor. We fostered, then adopted Sadie to save her from being euthanized, and we never anticipated the constant care our other pup now requires. Sadie is approximately 2 years old and was surrendered to the Dallas Animal Shelter while pregnant. She had her puppies there, and all of them were adopted, except for her. Due to her long stay at the shelter, Sadie developed some anxiety issues and can be reactive, but she’s also incredibly loving, loyal, and playful. Despite her past, she has a calm personality, a happy disposition, and absolutely loves tummy rubs! Sadie is a sweet, wiggly bundle of love with soft fur and soulful eyes that will melt your heart. She gets along well with our dog, Hannah, and loves to chase balls, making her the perfect playmate. She’s been in the training program with All Dogs Unleashed and has learned to sit, stay, and come. The training program we’ve purchased for her will continue to provide ongoing support for her new family. Sadie’s favorite way to start the day is bounding up to you with her tail wagging so fast it might take off, ready to shower you with happy little kisses. She’s eager to learn and loves spending time with people who show her affection. With a little patience and positive reinforcement, she’ll thrive in her new home and be the best companion she can be. Sadie is looking for a family that can offer her the love and care she deserves. If you’re ready for a playful, loyal friend, Sweet Sadie may just be the perfect addition to your home. Sadie is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster.
