My story

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Puppers was found as a stray by rural shelter partner. He's a sweet, cuddly gentleman who enjoys following his nose, especially when it leads to yummy treats. Puppers hangs out nicely with other dogs and enjoys attention from his human friends too. KNOWN WITH DOGS: Puppers has spent time with other dogs at Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, and respects their cues when they do not want to hang out. KNOWN WITH CATS: We do not currently know how he is with cats. If that is needed, let us know and we'll work on getting that information! KNOWN WITH KIDS: Puppers has met children at adoption events. KNOWN CUES: Sit. KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Puppers returns easily to his crate and knows not to go potty in his kennel. KNOWN LIKES: Sniffing, treats, attention. KNOWN DISLIKES: Unknown.
