My story
Meet Leo! đŸ Leo is an adult pit mix with a strong build and an even stronger heart. This sweet boy loves nothing more than playing with his toysâespecially a good game of fetch, which is hands-down his favorite activity. Heâs got the basics down, too, and already knows commands like âsitâ and âdrop it.â Leo can be a little nervous around other dogs, so slow introductions and a patient approach will help him feel more comfortable. If youâre looking for a loyal companion whoâs always ready for a game of fetch and some one-on-one playtime, Leo might just be your perfect match. The shelter is open Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A meet-and-greet is required for all shelter dogs 6 months and older if you already have a dog. Thank you for considering the adoption of a shelter animal in need!
