FOSTER NEEDED: Meet Toby – A Loyal Soul Looking for Comfort Toby is a wise and wonderful 10-year-old German Shepherd who has been living in a boarding facility since December 2024. While his loving owner is working to secure a stable home, Toby needs a safe and peaceful foster home where he can stay temporarily. Could that be with you? About Toby: Sweet & Affectionate: Toby loves being around people and soaks up all the pets and attention he can get. Calm & Mellow: He’s unbothered by joggers, bikes, and other dogs—truly the definition of chill. Smart & Polite: Toby knows commands like “sit” and “shake” and takes treats very gently. Adventurous Spirit: Whether hiking trails, going for walks, or splashing in water, he’s always ready to join the fun. Car Companion: He might be a little nervous at first, but once on the road, he loves feeling the wind on his face. While we are unsure how Toby is with cats (his previous owner had them), his overall demeanor is gentle and respectful. Sadly, kennel life has been stressful for this sweet senior, and he’s ready for a calm, cozy environment where he can decompress and feel loved—even if it’s just for a little while.
