My story

Meet Navani, the four-year-old queen of curiosity and independent living! If you’re looking for a cat with a personality as big as her curiosity, then look no further. Navani isn’t just a cat; she’s an adventurer, an explorer, and a connoisseur of all things new (well, all things that don’t involve too much petting). She’s got a keen eye for detail and is constantly on the lookout for the next exciting discovery. A new toy? She's on it. A sock mysteriously missing from the laundry? You better believe she’s got it figured out (and might even stash it in her secret lair). Navani is the kind of cat who thrives on exploring her environment, and every day feels like a new chapter in her very own cat-tastic adventure. But don’t let her confident, curious side fool you—she’s a cat of delicate preferences. Petting? Well, that's a bit of a "take it or leave it" situation. Some days she’ll let you gently stroke her head, and on other days, she might give you a side-eye that says, "I’m good, thanks." She’s a cat with standards, and she knows exactly what she wants (or doesn’t want). But hey, who can blame her? We all like our space sometimes! Navani’s ideal home would be one where she’s the only feline queen. She’s ready to rule the roost, without any pesky competition. She's not looking to share her kingdom with other cats, so a home where she can reign supreme would be a match made in heaven. If you're looking for a sassy, independent cat with a playful spirit and an impeccable sense of self, Navani is your girl. She’ll keep you on your toes, and you’ll love every moment of it. Plus, she’ll make you laugh with her quirky antics and her unapologetic love for not being petted (except when she says so). So, if you're a patient and understanding cat lover who's ready to embrace a feline with a personality as big as her curiosity, Navani is waiting for you! She’s ready to share her adventures—and maybe a few of her secret hideouts—with you. Could you be the one to give this strong, independent kitty the forever home she deserves?

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Navani, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
