Blaze

My story

Blaze is a four-year-old male Black Mouth Cur mix who is absolute perfection. He’s a sweet and gentle boy who does great with dogs of all kinds of energy levels. He is respectful of other dogs` boundaries and his gentle manner is helping the more shy dog who is currently in his run to come out of his shell. Blaze obviously enjoys the kinship of other dogs, but adores human interaction too. He loves to bury his head on your hands, lap, or arms and would let you pet him as long as you are willing to stay. He is also heartworm positive, but please don’t let that deter you from adopting this amazing guy. We can handle treatment here at the shelter after he is adopted. Blaze would do great with a family or person that will allow his sweet and playful personality to blossom and also allow his mellow side to snuggle up next to you on the couch. He wouldn’t turn down a new adventure or learning a few new tricks. Blaze came to the shelter as a stray and just wants to find a forever home that will treasure him like he deserves to be!
