My story
Sweet Carrie came to us after giving birth in a county shelter. She was terrified and barely lifted her head when she first entered foster care. Now her babies are grown and adopted, and she is waiting for her happily ever after. Carrie is looking for a patient home where she can continue to build confidence and come out of her shell.
