My story
Shyla is a beautiful dark calico girl who is 7 years old. She tends to be shy at first but once she warms up, she is very loving. Shyla came to Healing Hearts from Logan County, West Virginia. She is spayed, negative for FIV and Ieukemia, vaccinated, dewormed and on flea prevention. Shyla is scared of children and needs a home without other cats or dogs. Her adoption fee is $125. Shyla was limping on one front leg, so our vet did X-rays and discovered a bullet in her chest and another one in her knee. Shyla had her left foreleg amputated in January and has fully recovered from her surgery. She does take a small thyroid pill once a day and that costs about $30/month.
