My story

DOB: April 18th, 2024 Fleure is a sweet, charming little heart-stealer who’s ready to claim your spot, your pillow, and—most definitely—your heart. This mostly black beauty has a tiny patch of white on her chest and a big personality to match. For a kitten, she’s surprisingly laid-back and loves finding the coziest spots to lounge in. Fleure is all about people and will happily seek out your affection, but when it comes to other cats, she’s politely indifferent—she’ll coexist but doesn’t go out of her way to make friends. Her true love (besides you) is the laser pointer. She’ll chase it endlessly and continue hunting long after it disappears. Just a heads up: Fleure has a sneaky side when it comes to food—she has no shame in trying to sample whatever’s on your plate. So keep those snacks out of reach! Fleure would benefit from ongoing immune support, such as FortiFlora, and a low-stress environment, as she is prone to developing upper respiratory infections (URIs) Fleure has been diagnosed with a chronic upper respiratory infection, likely caused by feline herpesvirus. While the condition is no longer infectious, this condition can flare up with changes or stress. Symptoms will vary, but with supportive care and reduction of environmental stress, it can be effectively managed. Maintaining a balanced diet, managing weight control, exercise, and the reduction of environmental stress will help your cat manage the condition.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Fleure, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
