My story

Laramie is the sweetest little red heeler mix. She is amost 4 months old (as of 3/31/25). She is utd on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and on heartworm prevention. Her spay is included in her adoption fee when done at our vet. She currently weighs 20lbs and we expect her to be in the 40 to 50lb range as an adult. Laramie is absolutely blossoming in her foster home and grows more confident each day. In less than a week is kennel trained and has been sleeping through the night. If she needs to potty she will let you know and goes right back in her kennel. She is doing amazing on house training and has not had an accident in the house after the first 3 days. She is catching on to the command "go potty" very well, but loves her attention first when coming out of her kennel. With a consistent schedule, we would say she is house trained. She does chew but is great at keeping that to antlers and chew toys. Laramie is very smart and we believe she can learn anything with love and positive training techniques. She has not had enough vaccines to begin working on leash training but expect she will learn fast. Once she trusts you she is very attentive and loves getting pets. She explores the back yard but checks back in regularly. She gets along well with the foster dogs and she loves to play chase with a willing friend. If you think Laramie might be a great fit for your home, please submit your application. Applications are found by copying this link into your browser: https://form.jotform.com/201527297286058

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Laramie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
