She’s very wary of strangers and will need a slow, understanding transition into a new home—but once she trusts you, she truly blossoms. Playtime for Sandy isn’t about toys—she prefers sunbathing in the yard, quietly taking in the world around her. She enjoys going for walks and stretching her legs, but is just as content relaxing in a warm patch of sunlight. She has shown some comfort around cats, even backing away when one hissed at her from inside a carrier. While that’s a promising sign, any potential introductions should be done slowly and carefully, with supervision at all times. She should never be left alone with a cat until a safe, respectful relationship is well established. Sandy Cheeks is looking for a home that understands the power of patience and the beauty of building trust.
