Found as a stray, we don’t know much about his past—but we do know that this friendly, outgoing boy never meets a stranger. He becomes instant besties with everyone he meets, and his joyful personality is absolutely contagious.With his signature wigglebutt and boundless enthusiasm, Theodore is always up for fun. He’s got energy for days when it comes to fetch—tennis balls and frisbees are his absolute favorites! He’ll happily play for hours, but when the toys are put away, he’s just as content to curl up next to you on the couch or snuggle in bed for some downtime. He’s the perfect balance of playful and chill.On his Dog Day Outs away from the shelter, Theodore has proven himself to be a total star. He was amazing with two very young kids (16 months and a newborn!), showing just how gentle and loving he can be with little ones. Whether it’s a day full of outdoor adventures, backyard games, or lazy snuggle sessions, Theodore is just happy to be part of the fun. This lovable guy is dreaming of a forever home filled with treats, belly rubs, tennis balls, and most importantly—love. He was incredibly affectionate and just happy to be with us. We went on a walk in Loose Park where we met my sister who he was happy to see. As we walked, we crossed lots of dogs and kids and he was completely uninterested. He would continue sniffing and trotting along the sidewalk. Very easy to walk rarely pulled unless he was very interested in a smell but it didn`t take much to get his attention and keep moving forward. In the short time we were with Theodore he was very snuggly and affectionate and I started calling him `boyfriend` and `Romeo`.
