Meet Eeyore – The Sweetest Senior Gentleman ??Eeyore is a 9-year-old heart-melter looking for a cozy home to spend his golden years. Don’t let the name fool you—this gentle old soul is full of quiet charm and a deep love for the simple things in life: soft blankies, warm sunbeams, and a good meal (or two, if he has his way!).Eeyore is the definition of low-maintenance. He’s mellow, potty trained, crate trained, and non-destructive. He rarely barks—only when he needs a potty break or when he’s politely letting you know that dinner might be late ??.Though arthritis has slowed him just a bit (he might need a little help getting in and out of the car), he still enjoys short strolls and lounging in the sunshine. He’s not into toys anymore, but give him a peanut butter-filled lick mat and he’s in heaven.Eeyore has done well with other dogs, has done well with kittens, and is gentle enough for a home with young children—even toddlers. He happily soaks up affection and will wander over for some sweet back scratches whenever you’re near.If you’re looking for a calm, loving companion who just wants a soft spot to snooze and a person to love, Eeyore might be your perfect match.
