My story

Life can be a bit overwhelming at times, and there’s no place more overwhelming than the very crowded shelter- especially for a puppy like Acorn! And like an actual acorn grows into an oak treat when it’s nourished, our little Acorn would love to grow into the brave girl we know that she is- with the nourishment of a loving family of course. That’s where you come in! Acorn is a sweet girl who is still learning the ropes when it comes to being a dog- walking on leash, accepting pets, and trusting her human friends are all areas where she’s made great progress while at PACC. But, there’s only so far a gal can go in the shelter, and she’d love to continue her journey in a home. She’ll need time and support as she settles in, but we think the sky is the limit for Acorn!! Acorn shares her kennel with another PACC pup and may benefit from a calm, confident furry friend who can show her the ropes in her future home. Ask to meet Acorn today!!
