My story
Hi, I`m Phyllis and I`m 6 months old. I`m a striking torbico girl!! I came to TAPS from a local animal control where I was owner surrendered. Can you believe that?? I am sweet girl and full of personality. Give me fun toys and I can entertain myself. Show me affection and I am happy to sit with you. I`m a tiny bit shy initially, but once I settle in, I am fun, friendly, and easy to get along with. Think I could be your best forever friend?
