My story

A few weeks ago, Jamal was left outside a school in Maryvale—abandoned with just his dog bed, water, and food. He waited right where he was left, hoping his family would come back, but they never did. For days, he stayed by the school’s front gate, watching children and teachers pass by. The school security guard noticed him, giving him gentle pets and comfort. Even though he was scared, he never showed aggression—just quiet hope that someone would care for him. On the third day, a kind-hearted coworker of mine couldn’t bear to leave him outside any longer. They brought him to the district office, where he met new furry friends—two German Shepherds and a Goldendoodle. He fit right in, never causing trouble, just happy to be around kind people and other dogs. He’s even been around kittens, showing curiosity but no aggression. He also loves car rides! Now, Jamal is looking for the one thing he’s missing—a forever family. Why You’ll Love Jamal: 🐾 Friendly with other dogs – Plays well and respects boundaries 🐾 Curious but gentle with kittens – No aggression, just curiosit 🐾 Potty trained & dog door trained – No accidents in the house 🐾 Knows basic commands – Can sit & lay down on command 🐾 Not food aggressive – Gentle when eating 🐾 Healthy & Up to Date – Vet-checked, fully vaccinated, and about 18 months old 🐾 Loving & Affectionate – Loves to cuddle at night and will lay in bed with you 🐾 Well-Behaved – Can be left alone without destroying anything 🐾 Playful & Puppy-Like – Full of energy but also loves to relax 🐾 Great with Kids – Has been around children with no aggression (has not been around toddlers)
