Meet Sparkle – A Resilient, Loving Soul Ready for Her Forever Home! ✨🐾 Sparkle, formerly known as Eevee, is a 2-year-old red cattle dog with a heart as strong as her name suggests. This sweet girl has been through so much, but she’s now on the path to a brighter future. With the right love and patience, Sparkle will be an incredible companion for someone willing to help her continue to grow. Sparkle’s Journey: When we rescued Sparkle, she was in rough shape. Initially, our vet suspected pyometra due to abdominal redness, but after further treatment, that was ruled out. She was also treated for pneumonia with antibiotics and dewormers and, heartbreakingly, has a history of a gun pellet injury. Despite her past, Sparkle is incredibly resilient and just needs the right home to truly thrive. Why Sparkle is Special: 💖 Sweet & Playful – Once comfortable, Sparkle’s loving personality shines through. She loves to play and has a gentle, affectionate nature. 💖 Shy but Learning – She still gets a little nervous in new environments and will need a patient and understanding home to help her gain confidence. 💖 Loves Routine & Safety – Sparkle enjoys free-roaming but sometimes hesitates when stepping outside her comfort zone. With time, she’ll blossom into the brave, happy pup she’s meant to be. What Sparkle Needs: 🏡 A calm and patient home where she can continue to learn that the world is a safe place. 🐶 A family or individual willing to provide gentle socialization and positive reinforcement training. 🩺 She still needs to be spayed once fully healthy, so she’ll need a family ready to support her through the rest of her journey.
