My story

  Melody - Female DOB 11/5/2022 Domestic Short Hair - Gray and White Tuxedo Melody is a sweetheart with a playful, quirky side. She absolutely loves chin rubs and pets, but sometimes gets a little too excited and might give a quick nip—not to say "stop," but more like her way of showing she’s into it (even if it doesn’t quite come across that way). If you move your hand away too fast, she might reach out with her paw, either asking for more affection or thinking it’s time to play. She’s got a thing for high places and would be thrilled to have a tall cat tree or some wall shelves where she can perch like the queen she is. And once she’s comfortable, she’s a total lap cat who loves to snuggle up with her favorite human. Melody would do best in a home without children, just because her excitement might be misunderstood. She also isn’t a big fan of other cats and would love to be your one and only. While she hasn’t met any dogs before, she might be open to a calm, cat-friendly pup. Mostly, Melody is looking for a home where she can be adored, admired from her high-up spots, and loved for the affectionate, playful girl she is.
