My story

Meet Magical Malfoy! This young wizard is looking for his muggle home! His happy wiggling body and big bright smile will make coming home every day exciting. Malfoy loves all things play! Whether it's with his toys, his doggy pals, or his people, Malfoy loves playtime! He is an expert in doggy playgroups and often a go-to for learning a new dog's playstyle. He is respectful of the other dog's boundaries and will gladly give them their space or wrestle and play chase! He has even had some minor experience with cats. He showed mild interest but nothing concerning so he may do well in a home with a feline companion as well.  Malfoy came to us as a very young pup and is currently the last of his litter searching for his forever home! We are unsure why this compact and playful boy has been so overlooked! Though he may be a bit timid, his boisterous personality is more than worth the short wait to earn his trust. We are unsure of his exact mix as almost very puppy in the litter looked completely different. It is clear that he is some sort of short hound mix with his big ears, shorter legs, and impressive nose. He can often be seen with his nose to the ground during his walks, taking in all the smells around him. Malfoy is intelligent and treat motivated so training is fairly easy. He already knows 'Sit', some basic leash manners, and will surely learn more with some one on one training. Could this magical boy be perfect for your family? While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert.
