My story

Bates is a sweet, goofy guy with a heart of gold! A former court case pup, he’s finally getting a chance to enjoy the good life, and he’s making the most of it. His temporary foster had nothing but great things to say:Dog Friendly: He loves other dogs. Seriously, he gets along with everyone! (He hasn’t been cat tested yet.)People Lover: Super cuddly, obsessed with scratches and fetch, and always wants to be near his person.Crate Trained: No accidents in the crate. What a champ!Calm and Composed: He’s pretty chill, though he might get curious about a squirrel or two.Just Right: At around 45 pounds, he’s the perfect medium size with moderate energy. He loves daily walks but doesn’t need a marathon.Once he’s out and about, he can pull a little at first but quickly settles in, flops down for a good stick-chewing session, and will happily roll over for belly rubs. He’s playful, affectionate, and has the biggest, goofiest smile.Bates is a special boy who deserves a home of his own. Come meet him and fall in love!
