My story

Gusto is a 6-year-old sweetheart who is looking for his forever home! At first, he might be a little shy, but give him just a few hours, and his curiosity will take over. Before you know it, he’ll be rubbing his head against you, asking for pets with the most heart melting looks. This cuddle bug loves to be close to his humans—whether it’s curling up next to you at night or snoozing in your lap while you work. He’s the perfect companion for anyone who enjoys affectionate, cozy moments with a furry friend. Gusto is a laid-back, food-loving sweetheart who will come running the moment he hears a can of food pop open—though he’ll politely pass on 9Lives. His favorites? Friskies wet and dry food, plus lickable treats (he much prefers those over dry ones!). Gusto is a quiet and gentle soul—he rarely meows, but when you give him head rubs, his happy purrs speak volumes. He’s incredibly easy to care for, content to lounge on a cozy bed, and always up for a cuddle session. If you’re looking for a relaxed, loving companion who adores food almost as much as he adores you, Gusto is the perfect match.  This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat. Gusto was rescued with dental issues and had surgery. We would be thrilled for a potential adopter to provide a larger adoption donation (between $250 and $400 total) and/or assistance crowdsourcing funds towards their necessary vet bills if possible.March 27, 2025, 11:40 am
