My story

Meet Etta James! We found this sweet girl at an Oklahoma kill shelter where had a completely devolved ear gaping on her head and yet was forced to serve a stray hold at the shelter. When she was finally released, we whisked her away and some amazing vets got her ear removed completely and on the road to health. She recovered at a medical foster in her cute “martini glass” cone and headband and is now looking for a foster or furever family! She is extremely well-behaved, potty trained, and oh so sweet. She loves to give kisses, go on car rides, and walks great on a leash She ignores her temp foster’s cat 90% of the time and has the potential to live with cat(s) if someone is willing to teach her. She can also be good with other dogs, she just needs time to warm up to them due to the trauma from her injury. Please consider loving her!
