How Chogath arrived: Chogath was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on 3/9/25. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Chogath! This resilient pup has come a long way since entering our care in March 2025. Initially fearful and sensitive to handling, Chogath has made great progress with the support of behavioral intervention. She has built trusting relationships with staff and has become more comfortable in new environments.Chogath will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. She must go to a home without children under 10, as she thrives in a calm environment where her boundaries are respected. If you're looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little extra time to warm up, Chogath could be the one for you! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed.
