Gary

My story

Gary is an all around superstar! He is a very loving, outgoing, and playful kitty who enjoys pets, sitting in laps, rubbing against your legs, making biscuits, and watching TV! Rescued from a busy parking lot, Gary is looking for a loving, indoor home where he will be treated with kindness, get lots of pets, be surrounded by toys, and grow old with his loving family. Gary is easy going, intelligent, and gets along well with other cats. Given his disposition, he should do well with animal loving kids and cat friendly dogs. Please note the Gary, like most adult kitties getting placed in a new environment, will be shy/scared at first. He will need his own "safe space" to get used to the new sounds, smells, noises, etc. Once he has determined he is in safe and loving hands, his personality will blossom. Kindness and gentleness will open his heart and trust. Gary's spunk is worth the wait! ROAR rescue kitties live in caring and experienced foster homes. They are not kept in pet stores or shelters, but moving them to a new home will still require the kitties to adapt to their new environment. Meet and greets take place in people's homes once the potential adopter's application is approved. We want to ensure "purrfect" matches for both the adopter and adoptee (the kitty).
