My story

Microchipped, DOB February 4, 2019 I seem shy at first, but I'm a happy, well-balanced kitty, and I warm up to people quickly. I *love* when my humans lie down on the couch, I almost immediately jump up to climb on their chests for cuddles. I also love when they sit down and put a pillow on their legs, I'm on their laps and purring in no time! When they are moving about, I follow them around the house; I just want to be around the action. I love getting affection when everyone is calm, lying/sitting down, or in bed. I'm also good with guests. After my foster parents get up in the morning, I like to climb into bed and nudge myself in between the sheets to keep warm. I sleep there for hours, it's one of my favourite places to be! I'm interested in my toys sometimes, and my foster parents think that I might like getting new types to see whether I might find a favourite. I like playing more when my humans are part of the process. I let my humans pick me up, even though it's not my favourite thing in the world. I have been on an exclusive urinary care diet to lower the pH value and prevent crystals. I also have recurring URI (Upper Respiratory Infection) symptoms. When I hear the morning alarm bells go off, I know my foster parents are up, so I run down the stairs and jump into the bed. I climb on my humans and start nudging them; I am gently persistent with my nudges when I want pets! I also make an adorable whining noise when the pets slow down.
